The proven market leader in terminal emulation for the supply chain industry continues to drive innovation with the most advanced software solutions available for the warehouse.
Founded by Dave Griffith in 1991, the StayLinked team did not believe that enterprises should accept as adequate performance the fact that mobile devices regularly dropped their connections to their most important applications. We did not believe that terminal emulation software should require the purchase of another software tool to manage and remotely control telnet sessions and update configurations. Because of this, we introduced our next generation terminal emulation and advanced session management product to address these issues.
From our headquarters in Irvine, California, StayLinked serves customers throughout the world with an extensive network of value-added resellers and device manufacturer partners. The StayLinked team has earned our company a reputation for high-quality products that just work and a level of customer support that creates the highest level of customer loyalty.
At StayLinked, we continue the innovative efforts that first led to the development of our uniquely designed, purpose-driven software, and we take great pride in our continuing ability to serve the diverse needs of our partners and customers.
Justin Griffith is the Chairman of the Board and CTO of StayLinked and is responsible for driving StayLinked’s overall product roadmap and strategy. A proven leader and a major contributor to StayLinked’s recent global expansion, Griffith joined StayLinked as a technical support specialist in 2004. Shortly thereafter, he implemented the company’s first channel technical enablement program. His close interaction with customers and the partner channel fueled the feedback he leveraged as Product Manager for the next decade, and in 2014, he led the company’s release of modernized terminal emulation, StayLinked SmartTE. In 2017, Griffith conceptualized and directed the implementation of the industry’s first terminal emulation hardware automation framework.
Griffith is regarded as an important voice in the areas of technology adoption and migration, and he has emerged as a thought leader in a market facing the challenges of Android migration and IoT disruption. His guiding principle—to always remember the human element—has reinforced StayLinked’s reputation as an innovator in helping companies move to new technologies and optimize productivity.
